Childbirth Education classes to help parents feel educated and prepared both emotionally and physically for the birth of their child.
During the course of my experience, I've come to realize that education is key to a beautiful and mindful birth. My birth classes are designed to help you understand the flow of labor, how to actively prepare you and your babies body for labor, define what is important to you and how to communicate your needs during your birth journey.
Each of my classes are offered in home where you will have the freedom to ask questions and connect with me as your Doula.
